Villa Mia is located in a peaceful area of Sevid, a tourist destination by the sea boasting the archaeological remains of the church of Sveti Vid (Saint Vitus), which gave the settlement its name. The village lies on a peninsula surrounded by crystal clear waters and pebbly, rocky and concrete beaches. It has a view of the open sea with only a few small islands in front of it and the strong sea currents bring in fresh water, making the sea in the area extremely clean and clear. The beautiful nature surrounding it makes it an ideal place for diving and exploring the coast and underwater flora and fauna, which is particularly abundant here due to the sea water rich in oxygen and nutrients and the rocky coastline that provides protection for fish and other marine organisms. In the past, the locals mostly lived off fishing and agriculture, primarily cultivating olives, figs and grapes, but many families still continue these traditions to his day and offer their naturally-grown produce to visitors.
This part of the Dalmatian coast is ideal for anyone wanting to get away from noisy, overcrowded tourist destinations and wanting to spend their holidays in a green, peaceful environment enjoying the sun, sea and nature.
A supermarket, bakery, fruit market as well as cafés, fast-food and fine dining restaurants are all located near the house. Not far from the settlement lies a sandy bay which is also a protected archaeological site – Stari Trogir, a villa maritima from the 2 nd century BCE whose remains are partially visible on land as well. The settlement is surrounded by smaller islands with beautiful bays that can be reached by boats rented in the village. The largest settlements in close proximity are Marina and Rogoznica at 10km, Trogir at 20km and the larger cities Šibenik and Split at 45km.

The ground floor has a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, a toilette, living room, kitchen, dining room, larder and a sauna with a shower. All rooms lead out to a roofed terrace with a heated pool, deck chairs, barbecue and a garden. On the upper floor are two bedrooms, each with a bathroom and with exits to a terrace with a Jacuzzi, mini-gym and a table and chairs for rest and relaxation. The house has air-conditioning and Wi-Fi covering all the rooms and terraces while the ground floor has underfloor heating as well.
